Stress
Stress in unavoidable, but you do have a choice in how you handle it
It is typically a build-up of smaller stressors over time that impact our health the most. We need daily relievers!
Look for ways to de-stress on a daily basis. Try deep intentional breathing, meditaion, spiritual time, nature, “down-time,” play and exercise.
